		<description>Concordia should seriously consider a similar move.  If it was a policy that all documents had to be in Open Document Format, we wouldn't be dealing with students using all different types of file formats for submitting papers, and professors not being able to read the documents because they are in some proprietary format like Office 2007, Word Perfect, etc.</description>
