Technology can be scary and frustrating. There are so many buttons to push, and little things that can go wrong. Kind of like a hymnal–with all its settings and various numbering systems. But over time it just becomes comfortable. We believe that once you know a little bit more about the whole process, you and technology (or your hymnal) can become friends.

We think upgrades are fun and want to vent when they go wrong.
